Trustee Board
Trustees are nominated by the Pastor and elected by the members of the church who are eighteen years of age. The number of Trustees of each Church shall be no fewer than three (3) or no more than nineteen (19). Each person to be elected must be at least 18 years of age, a member of the church for at least two years, and in good and regular standing.
Duties of the Trustee
¨ They shall manage all the temporal concerns of the Church.
¨ They shall guard for the Connection all real estate, churches, parsonages, schools and any other property obtained by the local church.
¨ They shall make improvements on said property or real estate when authorized by a majority of the legal members of the church.
¨ They shall secure a house for the Pastor’s family and comfortable furnish it.
¨ They shall be amenable to Quarterly Conference.
